Due to circumstances and the way the business is run we are changing our shipping terms. We often dye our own fabrics and elastics, but it is much more sustainable and economical to do this in bulk than repeat the process for each order. This way we reduce waste, water and time. So we are changing our shipping system, so we can produce orders in bulk and dispatch all at the same time. This will enable us to have more a sustainable and economical business.
NEW monthly shipping terms –
All orders purchased before the 23rd of each month are then shipped on the 1st of the next month. For instance if you order on the 22nd of March, your order will be shipped on the 1st of April, or next working day if this falls on a Sunday or bank holiday. Another example, if you order on the 23rd of March then your order will be posted on the 1st of May.
Due to the short month of Febuary, you will have to order before the 21st for your order to be shipped on the 1st of March, if it is purchased on the 21st or later it will be posted on the 1st of April.
GMT/BST applies to these conditions.
It maybe possible that your order can be posted sooner for you at quiet times. Likewise if there is a delay to posting at busy times you will be informed, or the last order date will be changed.
Please note this does not apply to READY to SHIP items, these will continue to be posted up to 3 working days after your order purchase.
Bespoke or Custom orders that are not on the shop will be posted individually, as and when the order is ready to ship. This will be discussed before the project commences.
All orders are handmade within the UK. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery or 4 weeks for non UK. Our standard shipping is with Royal Mail, using a signed for service at the very minimum. The price of postage is dependant on the shipping country and the amount purchased. If you would like to upgrade your shipping please contact us directly before purchasing. Shipping rates are unique to every order, which takes into account the weight, size and insurance specifics.
International and European destinations will be posted using an International tracked and signed delivery service. These services are always tracked.
We will always keep proof of postage and cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs/tax charges on delivery of your item. This is the buyers responsibility to settle the debt.

Made to Order or Custom made/Bespoke Items –
Unfortunately we can not accept returns for these items unless the item is faulty or in very rare cases. However if the fit is not correct we are able to alter this for you depending you send the item back within 14 days of receiving the item. The return postage is the customers dept. Please contact us with your concern before posting items back.
Ready to Ship –
We can only accept returns of Ready to Ship items within 14 days of the delivery date, if items are in there original condition, unworn or faulty. Please ensure to try intimate items such as knickers, briefs, thongs, boy short etc over your own underwear until satisfied you want to keep them for hygiene reasons. Return postage is the customers debt.
*We cannot accept returns for ‘sample’, ‘sale’ or ‘Clearance’ items unless there is a fault which has not been stated. Therefore please ensure you have taken this into consideration before placing your order. If you have any questions please contact us.
